- The timing of the cancellation request relative to the policy effective date

3. Policy Cancellations

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds may require several business days to process depending on:

- Payment processor schedules
- The original payment method used
Refunds are typically issued via the original payment method. Please allow 7–21 business days for a refund to appear depending on your carrier and financial institution.

8. No Guarantee of Refunds
Refund approvals remain subject to the policies of the insurance carrier, the terms of your signed policy agreement, and applicable Massachusetts and federal laws. St Insurance Agency, Inc. cannot guarantee refund approval or specific refund amounts, as these determinations are made by the issuing carrier.
